- When started: They started talking with Alliance in 2015 and begin installing propane systems in 2016. Fleet now includes six Ford Transit T350 vans that operate out of Elizabethton, and are now expanding the propane fleet into Greeneville and Kingsport. More vehicles and dedicated infrastructure is coming in 2018.
- Financials: Utilized partnership with Alliance AutoGas to implement capital cost-free fleet by agreeing to terms with Alliance on propane provision.
Alliance Autogas representative Happy Fox discussed NET Trans implementation of the PRINS system with a group at a Greeneville, TN East TN Clean Fuels Coalition meeting that took place in Frbruary 2017.- Leadership: Candace Gump, Director of NET Trans, has been the one with the vision to make this happen, and has overseen all discussions, decision making and implementation. Sam Ellis works with her on the operations and maintenance of the propane fleet.
- Vision: To continue implementing propane as their chosen, cleaner, American fuel across the entire fleet for many of their total 100 vehicles.
