Drive Electric Earth Day (DEED) is a national campaign to support electric vehicle (EV) education and experiences during the month of April. Drive Electric Colorado plans to host four events featuring EV showcases, ride & drive opportunities and other Earth Day festivities.
Phil Long EV Outlet Earth Day Clinic
The Phil Long EV Outlet is celebrating Earth Day with their 2022 Earth Day Clinic. They will be showcasing a variety of pre-owned EVs at their dealership, offering test drives and holding educational sessions run by the Drive Electric Colorado team. Join them to explore the world of EVs or make the switch to an EV on the spot.
The Drive Electric Colorado team and real EV drivers will be on hand to answer questions about what it’s like to drive an EV, chargers and more.

City of Lakewood Earth Day EV Showcase and Ride & Drive Event
The City of Lakewood is hosting an Earth Day celebration with a variety of sustainably-minded vendors, food trucks, music, kid-friendly activities and electric vehicles.
A variety of EVs from dealerships and electric bikes from E-bike of Colorado will be available to test drive at this event. Additionally, the Drive Electric Colorado team will be there to share information about Xcel Energy’s EV/charging programs and rebates and answer all EV-related questions.

Town of Erie Earth Day EV Showcase
Join Drive Electric Colorado and the Town of Erie for an EV showcase alongside an Earth Day celebration. There will be a variety of vendors from solar to renewable energy organizations, kid-friendly activities and raffles and prizes in addition to electric vehicle information and demonstrations. Speak with the Drive Electric team and Volunteer EV Coaches about everything EVs, Xcel Energy EV/charging programs and rebates and more.

City of Lafayette Earth Day Every Day EV Showcase
The City of Lafayette invites community members to enjoy the outdoors and learn about ways to protect the Earth, fight climate change, and create a sustainable way of life at their 2022 Earth Day Every Day Celebration. The event will have local musicians, food trucks, and kid’s activities in addition to the electric vehicle showcase.
Drive Electric Colorado will be hosting Lafayette’s Electric Vehicle Showcase where attendees can check out the latest EV models and learn ways to save money when switching to electric.
